Meet Charles Barr
2015 Ron Paul Freedom Scholarship Winner
An aspiring filmmaker and campaign consultant with a passion for liberty-minded politics, Charles Barr resides in Monmouth County, New Jersey and attends Montclair State University with the intention of graduating in 2016 with a double major in communication and political science. Charles hopes to bring about positive political change to New Jersey; he has volunteered for various campaigns including Ron Paul for President in 2012, Steve Lonegan for US Senate, and Brian Goldberg for US Senate. In addition to politics, Charles was the assistant director for the feature length film, My Brother’s Girlfriend – winner of the Manhattan Film Festival, Big House Los Angeles Entertainment Festival, and official selection of the New Film Makers of New York and the Los Angeles CineFest. He previously interned for Congressman Tom MacArthur and volunteered for Q Rim for State Assembly.
